Spawn dragons - or at least getting the bonus. Flying creatures ETB:ing gets haste, dragons ETB:ing deals damage based on amount of dragons.
So either get this card out early and let it sit - or enable dragons and new ones deal damage. Simple as that. It's a great card for two mana and effects will apply as long it's on the board. There are more costly instants or sorceries that do way less than this card!
I collect lego and collectors Kingdom is great for helping accomplish missing peices to my collection! Service is very good and also recommend if you have peices of your own collection to get rid of and appraised Collector's Kingdom is good for that as well !
