Double-edged sword. Lottery. Swap. You can name it all. When you cast a spell, you exile it and the following cards till you get one of the same card type. (the exiled goes to bottom of library) This counts for all players. So yes, sometimes you get a better than expected and sometimes a worse than you had. But it's the same for all. But it's as fun watching the others faces going from expectation to disappointment. Also, it's great seeing what other cards they have in their deck...!
